- Form required to enter Galapagos
- Form offices in Quito or Guayaquil (much easier in Quito)
- Important: Ask tour group if included- sometimes need to get on your own
Getting form on your own
- $20 USD cash per person
- Quito airport office: Domestic departures ( on 2nd floor) BEFORE security.
- Opens at 5am- line starts forming at 4am
- Fill out the form at the counter so takes forever
- One person per party in line only (have all passports in party)
- Info needed: Hotels, dates, airlines (Dont be annoying and forget)
- Complete=pdf emailed to you with QR code
- MAKE SURE YOURE INFO IS CORRECT they screwed up my birthday
While you’re waiting
- Next to office is PRE security bag screening
- Checked bag= gets special ziptie
- carry on= no proof you scanned so skip if you want
- QR customs form
