- Airport kind of weird- Teleprompter will tell you when to enter gate security
- Wellington- Pinto ferry link : connects North and South Island
- Can take car onboard, 3.5 hrs trip

- Props & costumes used in LOTR and other movies they’ve produced on
- Can not take pictures due to some legal thing but still well worth it
3) Mount Victoria Lookout: 2.4km out and back- very easy. Under 1hr
- Panoramic view of wellington
- clear day can see south island but usually raining.
- All trails link : big park with a lot of little trails- no wrong way to lookout
4) Rivendell –Inside Kaitoke Regional Park (1hr north of Wellington)
- Worth the pit stop!
- Different vs CGI movie set but worth the scenery
