Kiss the Blarney Stone
FYI
- Top of Blarney Castle- outside of Cork (southern part of Ireland)
- Large parking lot- pay when leaving BEFORE you go back to your car
- Some other attractions on grounds but go castle 1st- (sometimes long line)
- Photo hole as you’re walking towards the castle for a scenic shot
- Signs mark eta depending where you are in line
KISSING THE STONE
- You lie down and bend over backwards to reach stone
- Make sure you lean far enough– some people don’t and just kiss the wall
- Safety bars and staff help you lean back and dont hurt yourself
- Ask someone in line behind you to take you picture
