- Not necessary to rent a car, but easiest way to see the rest of the country
- Most country roads=EXTREMELY narrow
- Ireland does not have zip codes- just counties
- Need LEAP CARD to pay for local transport
- EVERYTHING runs out of Dublin- tours, buses trains etc
- Often no connections in other parts of the country
- Example: No connection Galway to Belfast- had to stop in Dublin first

- Add money to card need an app: TFI top off
- Do NOT do visitor option for unlimited travel for 1-7 days.

- No rail connection only bus
- Cheapest= Bus Route 16 (Leap card).
- Quickest Coach express (online tickets)
